On Monday, April 25th we hosted our second tour + networking series exclusively for DTCFP member businesses.
Our first stop was Up Front Art Space, with owners Kay and Mystye, to learn about their space and services from art restoration to custom framing to their gallery and retail space.
Next we walked next door to Harps & Thistles Yarn Emporium, with owner Cindy, who discussed why her inventory is unmatched from big box stores, classes offered, the upcoming knitting retreat, and how downtown has changed in the almost 8 years she has been open.
Our last stop was across the street at Portage Community Bank with, VP Lisa Ohler who is also on the Board of DTCFP and several staff members, who detailed the history of the building, services offered by PCB and how important our community is. There were also some interesting "what's in the vault" stories shared. Open networking + refreshments followed the tours.
We are excited to bring opportunities like this for business owners so we can come together and best support each other. We are lucky to have an amazing community of small businesses downtown! We are #DTCFstrong!
If you are a Cuyahoga Falls business - located downtown or within the City - and would like to be a member or be involved with these networking opportunities please reach out to Kaylee Piper at firstname.lastname@example.org
