To become a supporter, click + complete the online form link below and submit payment via check or online. Checks are the preferred method of payment and can be made out to the DTCF Partnership, Inc. Attn: Kaylee Piper, PO Box 382, Cuyahoga Falls OH 44222. A confirmation letter will be sent via email to confirm your donation and keep for your records. Payments are made annually on the month you sign up/renew.
